An eighth generation native of the Outer Banks, Holli can trace her family history in this area back to the 1700's. Her roots in the community are legendary. Her great, great uncle, Frank Tate, was the infamous postmaster who wrote a letter to the Wright Brothers, thus inspiring their plans for making their first flight in Kitty Hawk. Needless to say, it would be challenging to find someone with a better overall knowledge of the Outer Banks and what it has to offer.

 

Three hundred years later, Holli is proud to reside on the Outer Banks, where she is building a successful real estate practice. When not immersed in real estate Holli embraces a more casual way of life, which includes spending time on the beach with her husband and their son, Perry. The effect of generations of island ancestry has sculpted her character, from her steadfast work ethics to her ability to fully relax and appreciate the endless benefits of coastal living.
